Fajitas Gone Wild (Camping)

A quick Fajita fix you can take camping!
Ingredients
  • 2.5lb Chicken - Cut into strips
  • ½ Bag of Mini Peppers (About 15) sliced
  • 1 Yellow Onion Sliced
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Seasoning
  • Fixings:
  • Tortillas
  • Refried Beans
  • Greens (Such as Cilantro)
  • Shredded Cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat Olive Oil on medium to high heat, until it sizzles when you put an onion in it.
  2. Pour in Garlic, Onions, and Peppers.
  3. Cook until desired tenderness/caramelized goodness (About 10 Minutes)
  4. Pour into a bowl.
  5. Put chicken into the pan and cook until the juices run clear and there is no more pink.
  6. About 5-10 minutes depending on how hot your stove is.
  7. Then add in Fajita Seasoning and mix.
  8. Add Pepper mixture back into the pan and mix.
  9. Take off the heat and cool.
  10. Then store in a container or bag for camping.
  11. Bust out and reheat over the campfire or camp stove when ready!
  12. Then add all your fixings.
